
AUTHENTICATIONS
1. Documents to be authenticated must be previously notarized (Authorized Notary).
2. These documents include Hotel invoices and Police records.
3. The following documents do not need to be notarized:
+ Diplomas
+ Student's credit reports
+ Official letters with letterhead from Universities, Schools and Government
+ Hospital invoices
+ Birth certificates
These documents are valid providing name, signature and seal from the person and institution that issued the document.
4. All documentation that needs authentication and will be registered in Panama must be translated to Spanish. (Authorized Translator).
5. There is a fee of $30.00 for each document to be authenticated.
6. Cashier check or money order payable to "Consulate General of Panama".
7. You may send the documents by mail to be authenticated
8. If you decide to send it by mail, you must include a pre stamped envelope with the return address.
9. Letter to the Consulate General of Panama indicating the following information:
Name, Phone Number, Fax and or Email
+ Authentications do not have expiration date.
